Process

  • Bonnie Clyde is very particular about their ads. They provide bold and captivating photography/imagery and expect it to be accompanied with minimal copy on the final deliverable.

    Each design went through a series of brainstorming, mockups and revisions before final approval from Bonnie Clyde.

  • Each ad execution had to go through multiple series of revisions to get every detail correct. It took some time to figure out what made this client click.

  • Once the Bonnie Clyde and I reached an agreement on what worked and where to draw inspiration from and where not to, I landed on a formula that would be translated onto multiple top-performing ads, therefore keeping the client happy.

    Communication about a client’s vision is crucial as well as troubleshooting and testing your abilities as a designer. This contributes to continuous growth.

My very first attempt at blending images together. Bonnie Clyde liked the use of different angles in their photography, so I wanted to make use of that for these ads.

A new editorial-like vibrant shadow technique I attempted myself. Multiple iterations of this style was requested by the client and were some of their top-performing ads.
